All orders are generally shipped within 2 business days. Unless the order is received on a Friday the order will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. Or if the order is received on a Holiday the order will be shipped within the 2 days after accordingly.
Our standard shipping carrier is FEDEX Home Delivery. We also offer FEDEX 2 day delivery, FEDEX Ground, and FEDEX International Economy. All orders are shipped ground unless you prefer a different way of shipping.
Our free shipping and flat rate shipping rate apply to the continental United States only. Otherwise it will be shipped with FEDEX International.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
Our top priority is your satisfaction. If there is any If any product is found to be damaged or defective we will make sure that the problem is resolved. If damaged upon arrival please contact our customer service department at email@example.com. It is important that all packages that appear to be damaged be retained for inspection by the Carrier. We will gladly issue a claim in your behalf with the carrier.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of merchandise and we will be glad to resolve the situation. We will gladly replace any product within this time period, either with a new product, store credit, or a full refund. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
We believe at e-hammockswings.com in providing our customers with quality service and products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, we will gladly refund your purchase or exchange your merchandise to your complete satisfaction within the 7 day return policy.
Any orders that are returned due to refusal without legitimate reason, will be reshipped on a prepaid basis only. Orders that are not reshipped will be charged a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be charged to your account along with the shipping fees associated to the order.
To avoid any confusion and for your convenience e-hammockswings.com backorders will not be processed automatically. Please add any temporarily out of stock products to your next order.
